At Pacific World we have been creating, planning and executing corporate meetings, incentives travel programmes and special events during 30 years. Today we count on 200 professionals working in 12 countries and more than 30 destinations around the world. Yet we still work as a family.
Our multicultural and dynamic team is passionate about what they do. We enjoy creating, operating and delivering destination management and PCO services to meetings and corporate events planners, incentive houses and association meetings organisers.

Destination Manager Barcelona
Aurélie was born in France but has lived in Barcelona, Spain from 2005. She has an entrepreneurial spirit, extensive management skills and long experience in the MICE sector.
As a proactive member of our team, Aurélie is always open to new challenges. Aurélie worked during years as a project manager for the Iberian Peninsula and islands. From 2010, she has been responsible for international corporate events, managing a team of 13 project managers.
Today Aurélie has a singular perspective of MICE world and needs and a deep knowledge of the Spain and specially, of Barcelona.

Marta García Conde
Destination Manager Valencia
Marta has a degree in tourism and business studies from Valencia University. She’s a passionate professional, focus in deliver unique MICE (meetings, events, conferences and events) experiences in Valencia.
Marta began her professional career in the company in 1997, first as a congresses coordinator and then moving on to client-focused project management. As a pure Valencian, she adds her know-how and destination management and professional congress expertise to each project.
“Valencia has a very well-kept secret that I encourage you to discover. Let’s walk through the Barrio del Carmen, enjoy a tasting of citrus fruits in the Central Market, then visit the Lonja De la Seda (Heritage), and end the day having dinner surrounded by thousands of fish in the Aquarium.”
